Sweat it out with Coach Liz for 40-minutes of High Intensity Interval Training followed by 20-minutes of Yoga Flow.
The HIIT portion combines body-weight + strength training, circuits, burners + resistance training. Liz’s attention to proper form will give you the knowledge + experience needed to, one day, train yourself.
The Yoga Flow will compliment the previous 40-mins of HIIT. Curated for beginners + intermediates, you will experience the power of yoga + how deep stretching after HIIT supports muscle recovery, balance and overall body vitality.
*indoor athletic shoes are required*
